Price Products are sold at the price quoted by Andersen Caledonia (“Price per pack”). The Price is exclusive of VAT and Shipping Costs (“Shipping Fee”), which shall be paid by the Customer in addition. Customers shall pay for Products at the time of ordering.
Products Andersen Caledonia reserves the right to make changes to the range of Products offered from time to time, including additions, deletions and changes in specification. Products are designed for the purposes specified and no warranty is given that they will be suitable for any other purpose.
Shipping For customers buying product(s) that include shipping, our preferred supplier is APC but other suitable companies may be used. Shipping costs shall be separately advised to the Customer at checkout.
Accreditation All contract packing is undertaken by Andersen Caledonia which has an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom based onsite. Kits can be supplied under Andersen Caledonia’s CE mark using our established critical supply network or supplied under the customers CE mark. Andersen Caledonia is ISO 13485: 2016 certified with the scope covering Steam Sterilisation and Cleanroom Packing of Medical Devices.
Refunds The maximum refund available is the cost of the original purchase. This will be applied in cases where surgical packs are lost or delayed by our courier or when there is a problem with the processing of the surgical packs. We do not accept any liability for additional costs of retesting or consequential losses. In the case when a product(s) and shipping is ordered and the product(s) is no longer required, we will supply a 50% refund on return of the box. All refunds are via the original payment method used. Please allow up to 5 working days to process the refund.
GDPR Compliance It is now a legal requirement for companies who collect data about individuals to explain how it is used, stored and the individuals’ rights to that data. What we collect: Andersen Caledonia collects data associated with orders, this includes name, contact details and order history. Andersen Caledonia does not collect payment information such as card details as this is collected via our third-party payment processor WorldPay. What we do with that data: Andersen Caledonia uses this data to fulfil customer orders including the shipping of products, invoice receipts and required communication with the customer. We do not supply the data to other parties or use it for marketing purposes. How do we look after your data: Data is stored on our internal company database which is securely protected. Why we need it and how long do we keep your data: Andersen Caledonia holds order data indefinitely as a record of purchases.

Andersen Caledonia will issue all certificates through Healthium Clinic who can supply medical advice if required related to the test and the test only.
The test and its validity require that you follow the instructions for use supplied with the kit. If you are under 18, please take sample with adult supervision.
Andersen Caledonia use Royal Mail next day priority service but are not responsible for the delayed and/or non-delivery of test kits due to issues with this service. Please use priority mail boxes to ensure rapid return of the kit. Samples posted on Saturday will be delivered on a Monday and those posted on a Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
Andersen Caledonia aim to process the sample on the same day as delivered but do not guarantee this.
Andersen Caledonia cannot guarantee that the test will result in a conclusive result if the swabbing instructions supplied have not been followed
Andersen Caledonia are not liable for any actions undertaken as a result of the test result, the test result being different to the one expected or for missed flights where the result has been delivered within the specified 1-2 days.
All products must be paid for before test kits are sent out for delivery.
Samples will only be analysed if packaged and labelled correctly as per instructions provided
The test results will be kept confidential but we will supply any positive test data to Public Health England or other regulatory agency and may provide the sample for genomic testing.
